Shipping + Returns

Shipping Details

We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more! Unless the method of delivery selected was “Priority Shipping” or “Expedited Shipping.”

The shipping method you select during checkout will determine how fast your order arrives to you. Standard shipping takes between 2 - 6 business days to arrive to you (depending on the delivery location.) The express shipping option that we offer should arrive between 1-2 days depending on location.

*Please note that ship time may increase during the holiday season due to increase demand on the shipping carrier's end. We have no control or liability of the package once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you have questions about the delivery status of your package, please contact the carrier directly.*

All orders placed by 1pm PST Monday - Friday are generally shipped out the same day, but are guaranteed to ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following business day. No orders are shipped out on the weekends or on National Holidays.

Please note: Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded on returned items.

Online Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Precious Collective Boutique. We understand shopping online can be tricky sometimes and if you do not love your items you purchased we gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 14 days of delivery at the customer’s expense for store credit. These items must be unworn, unwashed, have no marks, no damage, no tears, no animal hair, no makeup, no perfume or deodorant smells or stains. Lastly, the return MUST be resalable. This return policy excludes items that were marked as sale, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

If you choose to return your item(s), please email us at returns@preciouscollectiveboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved you will receive a return address to mail your package to via your preferred shipping method. Once it is received on our end, it will go through our return processing center. Once it is approved, you will receive an email containing your store credit, which can be used online.

PLEASE NOTE:

- We do not issue shipping labels for returns. Shipping returns comes at the customer's expense.

- If a return package becomes lost in shipment or is never received by our team, please contact your shipping provider. We cannot issue credit for lost or damaged items.

- Returns are always issued back to the customer in the form of store credit via email.

Online Exchange Policy

Due to our limited quantity of inventory, we do not guarantee exchanges directly. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, please email us at RETURNS@PRECIOUSCOLLECTIVEBOUTIQUE.COM

Within the email be sure to include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and which item you are hoping to exchange for. We will get back to you within 24hrs on the next steps.

Damages

Here at Precious Collective Boutique, we quality check all of our items before shipping them to you. However, we realize mistakes can sometimes be made. If you feel the merchandise is defective, please contact us by emailing INFO@PRECIOUSCOLLECTIVEBOUTIQUE.COM with a picture of the damage and your order number.

PLEASE NOTE: The following qualifications for a damaged item:

Tags must be still attached to the garment and the garment must not have been worn. This means that the items should be unwashed, unworn, contain no animal hair, perfume or deodorant marks.

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the garment. If it has been more than 3 days, we are not able to replace the item for you.

If it has been within the 3 day period, we will cover return costs as well as replace the damaged item for you. If we no longer have the garment in stock and we are unable to find another item you like, we will issue you store credit via email.

In-Store Return + Exchange Policy

In-Store Purchases + Returns:

Thank you for shopping with us in-store! We understand that minds can be changed after purchasing an item so if you do not love your item you purchased, we gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 14 days of purchasing in-store. Returns will be granted store credit for the amount of your purchase via a gift card. These items must be unworn, unwashed, have no marks, no damage, no tears, no animal hair, no makeup, no perfume or deodorant smells or stains. Lastly, the return MUST be resalable.

In-Store Exchanges:

We gladly accept exchanges for items in-store. Exchanges for in-store purchases may be made in-store only. Exchanges of any merchandise must follow the returns guidelines in which all items must be UNWORN, unwashed, have no marks, no damage, no tears, no animal hair, no makeup, no perfume or deodorant smells or stains. The items must also be resalable and made within 14 days of purchasing in-store. If there is an amount left over after your exchange has been made, the total will be added to a gift card which you may use for any future purchases.

This return and exchange policy excludes items that were marked as sale, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
