Stylist Job Description
THE ROLE:
Our dedicated team of stylists takes the lead in our stores, crafting tailored shopping experiences for every individual. Flourishing in dynamic and uplifting workspaces, they possess a passion to surpass set goals. They have a genuine love for fashion and they cultivate authentic connections with both customers and our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Styling customers and creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience
- Interacting with customers
- Achieves sales goals
- Excellent communication skills
QUALIFICAITIONS:
- Love for people and fashion
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally and personally
- Ability to work with others
- Basic math skills such as counting cash and change
- Social media & technology skills are a plus
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18+
- DESIRE TO HAVE FUN!!
PAY:
Starting at $16.66 + commission
*This is a part-time position perfect for someone who is looking for less than 20 hours of work per week with the opportunity to grow into a larger position in the future if desired*
